General terms of Harddisk-recovery.com®

On all our offers and agreements, the general terms and conditions of FENIT apply, filed at the office of the clerk at the district court in The Hague (The Netherlands, Europe) on december 8, 1994 under number 1994/189. A copy is available on request.

Our general terms and conditions are applicable, any buyers-terms are hereby explicitly rejected. You can download our General terms and conditions from the download page, or if you wish, we can send them to you free of charge.

Additional conditions on the General terms and conditions

Billing

  • Although we have a "no cure, no pay" guarantee, this does not apply to the "Optional extra services".
  • If a recovery is aborted within 24 hours after the media is presented to us, the client will have to pay the "per job", the "per Gb capacity", and any "extra charges". No charge will be made for any recovered data unless the client requests delivery of partly recovered data.
  • If the recovery is aborted more than 24 hours after the media was presented to us, the customer will have to pay all amounts that would have applied with a succesful recovery, including the "extra charges".
  • If a recovery is aborted, you thereby indicate that you won't require delivery of any data. (Unless otherwise agreed).
  • Harddisk-recovery.com® does not commit to a delivery date. This will be agreed upon between client and harddisk-recovery.com®.
