Harddisk-recovery.com® reserves the right to change these.

  • Harddisk-recovery.com uses fixed prices for recovering your data. Prices include delivery of your data on CDROM or DVD.
  • You usually only pay for results: "no cure, no pay".*)
  • We don't charge extra for an "unusual" operating system.
  • If you only require the recovery of few directories or files, you can choose to have us recover that specific files. This may be cheaper than recovering the whole disk.
  • With the quote-form, you can get a quote or price indication of a recovery.

The price is built up from five parts, A through E:

  • A. Datarecovery. There are several datarecovery sizes: a larger size has a larger "per job" charge with more recovered MBs, but a smaller price per additional recovered MB. We select the best size for you so you don't have to pay too much.

  • B. When there's more data recovered than in the "Including" column, we charge you for the additional data at the rate that belongs to that partitular datarecovery size.
  • C. Capacity of the drive. Large drives take more time for recovery than smaller drives. You pay 2 EUR per GB capacity.
  • D. Hints. If you only need a part of the data on your drive, you can tell us what part you want us to recover. That will save us time recovering unwanted data, and you money at parts A and B. You pay 50 EUR per hint.
  • E. Optional extra services not covered under the no-cure-no-pay rule (see below).

Optional extra services

Urgency services
We'll first work on your data carrier even during evening, night and weekend hours (Central Europe Time). You just have to order the extra service on our orderform):
  • during office hours (Mon to Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm) EUR 250,-
  • in the evening/night (Mon to Thu after 5.30pm) EUR 500,-
  • in the weekend (Sat and Sun morning 9:00am to 5:30pm) EUR 750,-
  • in the weekendnight/christmas (Fri to Sun after 5.30pm) EUR 1000,-

Harddisks with a broken seal
For harddisks that have been opened before we get them, we cannot give you a full "no cure no pay" guarantee. We charge you an extra EUR 290,00.

Please note:

  • Although we have a "no cure, no pay" guarantee, this does not apply to the "Optional extra services".
  • If a recovery is aborted within 24 hours after the media is presented to us, the client will have to pay the "per job", the "per Gb capacity", and any "extra charges". No charge will be made for any recovered data unless the client requests delivery of partly recovered data.
  • If the recovery is aborted more than 24 hours after the media was presented to us, the customer will have to pay all amounts that would have applied with a succesful recovery, including the "extra charges".
  • If a recovery is aborted, you thereby indicate that you won't require delivery of any data. (Unless otherwise agreed).
  • Harddisk-recovery.com does not commit to a delivery date. This will be agreed upon between client and harddisk-recovery.com.
